Hi Everyone................Hope you had a lovely weekend and the weather has improved for those of you who have been experiencing extreme conditions.
My mum told me about the Sheena Douglas faux leather technique and I loved the Note Books that she made HERE, so I just had to have a play.
I took a Ranger Manila Tag, size 8 and treated the tag as per Sheena's instructions, which you can find on her video on You Tube HERE
I also cut out some images etc from Tim Holtz Lost and Found Paper Stash and some Idea-ology trinkets
It really does look like leather and you can use an embossing folder of your choice. I used the Sizzix Bigshot to emboss one of Tim's folders, but please be careful if you use electric equipment/embosser as there may be some liquid residue when applying pressure.
Take Care and Catch up soon. I will be back on Tuesday with my DT make for Craft Room Challenge
