Hi Everyone.........Its lovely to have you join me once again for the next fortnight's challenge theme over at Craft Room Challenges HERE
This fortnight our Hostess is Zoe and the challenge is Anything Goes as long as it features Wood. The sponsor is MDF Man and the prize is some wooden elements :-)
Hope you can play along x
My GDT make is a small pine box, which was painted with Distress Crackle Paint in Vintage Photo and Weathered Wood.
First of all I removed all the metal hardware then coated with the paints using the Vintage Photo for my base coat
Once dry I painted with Weathered Wood.
Around the sides I used some TH Stamps and tissue tape, which I adhered with gel medium.
You can see the wonderful crackle :-)
I then distressed some paper, edging with TH Distress Ink.....in my favourite Vintage Photo !!!
The Wooden Heart was purchased from Depot, Hamburg and I adhered a lovely cameo purchased from The Funkie Junkie Boutique. I may have bought the scissors from FJB too.
The gorgeous fabric Rose was from my stash
Another picture of the completed project x
The DT have some fabulous inspiring projects for you to view HERE and It would be wonderful if you can join in the fun.
Best wishes for a wonderful week and catch up soon
Crafty Hugs as Always

Such a sweet box Annie, the crackle gives it the aged look and the embellishments are beautiful. Hope you get blogger sorted soon, I had to change to Chrome when I had the same problems last year.
