Here is my project :
As I am up to my ears in Wedding Invitations at the moment I took the opportunity to make a Christmas card.......... !! I love Christmas but I am afraid I am rather behind with many of the preparations. My card was die cut using a Spellbinders Grand Oval Die, which was inked around the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
I then took a piece of dark brown card from my stash, distressing the edges using my Tim Holtz scissors....love the textured edge. The next mat was one of Tim Holtz Seasonal papers that were also distressed around the edges and inked with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Multi Medium was applied to adhere the layers.
Having recently purchased Tim Holtz Alterations Frameworks Lattice Die I ran it through my BigShot, using another piece of paper from Tim's Seasonal Paper Stash.
Snowflakes, sentiment and numbers below were cut out of more seasonal papers then edged with Vintage Photo Distress Ink as well as Black Soot and Gathered Twigs Distress Markers.
To obtain that sparkle we particularly adore at Christmas I applied Ranger Stickles Glitter Glue.
Don't you just adore Tim Holtz Prancing Reindeer Bigz Die ? It is certainly a huge favourite of mine this year x
Do hope you can join in with us over at ATP Exchange for the last challenge of 2014 and remember.....you may be the lucky winner of the £10 gift voucher!!!! As they say.........You have to be in it to win it!!!!
Take care and have fun crafting x
